Crowne of Laurel is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Crowneoflaurel.com is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Crowneoflaurel.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Your order will begin being processed once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
